Defective Products or Shipping Errors If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we'll offer a full refund or free replacement with no need to return the product. Simply contact us with photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns due to change of mind or buyer's remorse. All sales are final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

EU Customers In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
